Investment
Session fees
The fee for individual psychotherapy is $275 per 50-minute session.
Comprehensive psychoeducational and forensic evaluations are priced separately based on the scope of the assessment. See the Psychological & Psychoeducational Testing page for a full fee range and what is included.
Insurance
Out-of-network practice
This is an out-of-network practice and does not participate directly with insurance panels. Payment is due in full at the time of service.
Upon request, a monthly statement ("superbill") can be provided for clients who choose to seek reimbursement through their insurance carrier. Depending on the specifics of an individual plan, partial reimbursement may be available for out-of-network services.
Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider in advance to inquire about out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement procedures.
Payment
Accepted payment methods
All major credit cards are accepted, including Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Cancellation policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
This practice is designed for individuals who value consistency, depth of treatment, and a personalized therapeutic relationship. Limited availability is maintained to ensure a high level of clinical attention for each client.
